A self-taught Seattle photographer who started out just wanting to capture my kids and keep those sweet memories. Then, by chance, I met some fellow photography lovers — and that opened up a whole new world behind the lens.

Mid Autumn Moon
On the night of the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival, the full moon hung bright in the sky. I stacked 20 photos to create one clear image of the moon — a small way to make up for not having a telephoto lens.

The City I Live
Ten years ago, Bellevue Downtown Park was on the eve of its transformation. That night, the air was still and the lake lay like a mirror, perfectly reflecting the city’s lights and skyline. Standing by the water, I felt as if the entire image of the city had been quietly preserved in that moment. This photograph became my way of witnessing the changes in the place I call home.

Between Mountains and Water
Last year in Banff National Park, the distant peaks were dusted with snow, meadows unfurled at their base, and the lake nearby shimmered a deep, gem-like blue. I held off pressing the shutter, feeling something was missing — until a small red boat drifted gently into the center of the frame. That bright splash of color against the calm landscape was the moment I’d been waiting for.
